The Person Behind the Systems
I’m Zoe Borde, an HSE Practitioner with 20+ years of experience across oil & gas, environmental consultancies, laboratory environments, and offshore operations.
I founded HSZSolutions™ after 20+ years of experiencing firsthand how small teams struggle with outdated safety systems, scattered files, and last-minute audit stress. I know what it takes to pass an ISO 45001 audit, maintain ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, and keep a technical team compliant without drowning in paperwork.
I wanted to create tools that solve the same challenges I’ve faced in the field — practical, digital systems that make compliance easier for every team, not just large organisations.
My goal: help you move from paper to performance using automation-driven solutions tailored to real-world lab and field work.
