What does "provisioned" mean exactly?
+
We create the SharePoint sites in your Microsoft 365 tenant, build all the lists and columns, configure the views, apply the JSON column formatters, load sample data, and set up the cross-system linkage between the two systems. You receive sites that are ready to use, not templates to build from. The only thing you need to provide is Global Admin or SharePoint Admin access during provisioning so we can create the sites on your behalf.
What Microsoft 365 plan do I need?
+
Microsoft 365 Business Basic or higher. This includes SharePoint Online. If you are using the free Microsoft 365 personal tier or a plan without SharePoint, the system cannot be provisioned. If you are unsure what plan you have, check your Microsoft 365 admin centre or
book a free call before purchasing.
How long does provisioning actually take?
+
Within 1 business day of receiving your completed intake form. The intake form is sent immediately after purchase. If you complete it quickly, you may receive your systems the same day. The only thing that delays provisioning is if the intake form is incomplete or if your SharePoint Admin is slow to grant provisioning access.
What does 12-month access mean? Is there a renewal fee?
+
The 12-month term covers provisioning, the onboarding guide and SOPs, and email support. The SharePoint sites themselves are provisioned into your own Microsoft 365 tenant, which means they are yours to keep even after the term ends. You lose access to HSZSolutions support and updates after 12 months, but your data, lists, and records remain in your tenant. Renewal pricing is available at a reduced rate.
Can I buy the systems separately rather than as a bundle?
+
Yes. CAPA Pro ($347), Incident Pro ($297), and RA Pro ($297) are all available individually, totalling $941 if bought separately. The Bundle at $697 saves you $244 and includes full cross-system linkage across all three, plus a combined onboarding guide. If you buy systems separately at different times, the cross-system linking must be configured manually at an additional service fee.
Will this pass an ISO 45001 or ISO/IEC 17025 audit?
+
The systems are structured to satisfy the evidence requirements of ISO 45001:2018 Cl. 8.2 (incident reporting and investigation) and Cl. 10.2 (corrective action), and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Cl. 7.8 and 8.7. Every field, view, and record produces audit evidence in the format auditors expect. That said, passing an audit depends on how your team uses the system, not just whether the system exists. We recommend using the onboarding session to establish your internal process for raising, investigating, and closing records.
I already have CAPA Pro. Can I upgrade to the Bundle?
+
Yes. Email us at hszsolutions1@gmail.com with your existing order reference and we will apply a credit for the CAPA Pro purchase toward the Bundle price. You will only pay the difference plus the Incident Pro provisioning and cross-linking fee.
