These Terms of Purchase govern all digital product purchases made through HSZSolutions™ via Payhip and any other authorised sales channels. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Products and Delivery
HSZSolutions™ sells digital products, including SharePoint template packs, Google Sheets systems, printable safety templates, and supporting documentation. All products are delivered electronically via a download link immediately upon payment confirmation. No physical goods are shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of HSZSolutions™. If you experience a technical issue preventing download or access, contact us within 7 days of purchase at hszsolutions1@gmail.com, and we will resolve it promptly.
2. Licence Terms
All products sold by HSZSolutions™ are licensed, not sold. Purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product as described below.
2.1 Grant of Licence
HSZSolutions™ grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased product within a single organisation. This licence permits deployment on one (1) Microsoft 365 tenant (for SharePoint-based products) for internal business use only.
2.2 Permitted Uses
You may:
- Deploy the product within your organisation’s SharePoint or Google Workspace environment
- Customise field names, labels, and branding for your organisation’s internal use
- Add additional columns, views, or fields to suit your operational needs
- Print and distribute quick reference cards and documentation within your organisation
- Use the product to support your organisation’s ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 17025, or other safety management compliance activities
2.3 Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense this product to any third party
- Share this product with another organisation, subsidiary, or client without purchasing an appropriate licence
- Use this product as the basis for a competing commercial product, template pack, or digital offering
- Offer this product or any derivative work for sale on any marketplace or platform
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, branding, or attribution within the product files
- Deploy this product on more than one Microsoft 365 tenant without purchasing an additional licence
- Share access credentials, download links, or product files with any individual outside your purchasing organisation
3. Consultant and Multi-Site Licensing
If you are an HSE consultant, laboratory consultant, or professional services firm and you intend to deploy this product for client organisations, you must purchase a separate licence for each client deployment.
A Consultant Licence is available for firms deploying HSZSolutions™ products across multiple client sites. The Consultant Licence grants the right to deploy the product across an agreed number of client organisations, with appropriate attribution to HSZSolutions™ maintained in all deployments.

Deploying a single-organisation licence across multiple client sites without purchasing a Consultant Licence is a material breach of these terms. It will be treated as an infringement under applicable copyright law.
4. Intellectual Property Ownership
All intellectual property in HSZSolutions™ products — including but not limited to documentation, column specifications, JSON formatting code, deployment guides, calculated column formulas, Power Automate flow configurations, sample data, ISO clause mapping tables, permissions models, and visual assets — remains the exclusive property of HSZSolutions™.
Purchase of a licence does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property. You receive the right to use the product as described in Section 2. You do not receive any right to:
- Claim authorship or ownership of the product or its components
- Register intellectual property rights over the product or derivative works
- Use HSZSolutions™ branding, name, or trademarks in any commercial context without written permission
HSZSolutions™ is a claimed trademark. Unauthorised use of the HSZSolutions™ name or mark in connection with competing products or services is prohibited.
5. No Warranty
HSZSolutions™ products are provided as professional tools for internal business use. They are not substitutes for qualified legal, regulatory, or professional HSE advice. While all products are designed to align with ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 17025, OSHA, and other referenced standards, HSZSolutions™ makes no warranty that use of these products will guarantee regulatory compliance or audit success. You remain responsible for assessing the suitability of any product for your specific operational context.
Products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6. Enforcement
Violation of these terms may result in:
- Immediate revocation of your licence without refund
- DMCA takedown action against infringing content on any platform
- Legal proceedings for copyright infringement and/or breach of contract
- Recovery of damages, including statutory damages where applicable under the relevant copyright law
HSZSolutions™ actively monitors for unauthorised redistribution and commercial use of its products.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable international copyright law and the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes arising from the purchase or use of HSZSolutions™ products shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.
