The Practice Licence gives your consultancy year-round rights to deploy HSZSolutions™ systems for your clients. Instead of building CAPA logs, incident registers, and risk assessments from scratch every time, you lead every proposal with “audit-ready system included.”

Run the numbers: one engagement to stand up an audit-ready system bills at $3,000 to $8,000. The licence is $1,200 for the year, and each client deployment is $250, which I provision for you. The margin is yours.

The recurring engine

Every client you deploy can add the optional HSZ Intelligence Layer (AI risk scoring and ISO-mapped incident drafting). Your client subscribes directly for $297/month, and you earn 20% recurring, every month, for the life of each account. Across a portfolio, that becomes real monthly income on top of your consulting fees.

How it works

1. Purchase the annual licence here
2. Email zoe@hszsolutions.com with each client’s organization name as you win them
3. I provision that client’s systems into their Microsoft 365 ($250 per deployment)
4. You countersign the Consultant Licence Agreement and deploy

At renewal (12 months) the annual fee is charged automatically, with a reminder 30 days before. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of your current term.
